Post 323's Annual Oratorical contest will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at Woodmen of the World, 4191 Milgen Rd, Columbus.   The District 3 contest will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, at the same location.  For more information, contact Gary Murphy, 3d Dist Chmn at 706.563.2004.
